為配合總務處「和平校區I誠正勤樸大樓耐震補強及外牆整修工程」施工作業，資訊中心將進行普大樓與文學院跨棟骨幹光纖改接，以及文學院勤大樓二樓主機房內之設備機櫃遷移作業。
作業期間相關大樓之校園網路服務（含有線網路、校園無線網路 Wi-Fi 及相關伺服器存取）將暫停服務。施工若提前完成，將提早恢復網路連線，不另行通知。造成不便之處，敬請見諒。
一、作業時間：
2026年9月19日（星期六）08:00 至 2026年9月21日（星期一）18:00 止。
二、影響範圍：
1. 和平校區I：文學院大樓（誠大樓、正大樓、勤大樓、樸大樓）。
2. 校外館舍：雲和街教學大樓。
三、影響服務：
上述區域內所有有線網路、無線網路（eduroam、ntnu、ntnu_guest等）及位於該機房之相關主機與網路服務。
四、注意事項：
1. 作業期間請勿擅自調整各空間或辦公室內之網路硬體設備及配線，以維護線路安全。
2. 施工完畢後若仍有網路無法連線情形，請先重新啟動個人電腦或設備。若仍無法恢復，請洽資訊中心協助。

Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students,
In coordination with the General Affairs Office’s “Main Campus I (Cheng, Zheng, Qin, and Pu Buildings) Seismic Retrofitting and Exterior Wall Renovation Project,” the Information Technology Center (ITC) will conduct inter-building backbone fiber rerouting between the Pu Building and the College of Liberal Arts, alongside the server rack relocation within the server room on the 2nd floor of Qin Building.
During the maintenance period, campus network services in the affected areas will be temporarily suspended. Services will be restored immediately once the work is completed without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
1. Scheduled Time:
Saturday, September 19, 2026, 08:00 to Monday, September 21, 2026, 18:00.
2. Affected Areas:
(1). Main Campus I: College of Liberal Arts (Cheng Building, Zheng Building, Qin Building, and Pu Building).
(2). Off-campus Facilities: Yunhe Street Teaching Building.
3. Affected Services:
All wired network connections, campus Wi-Fi services (eduroam, ntnu, ntnu_guest, etc.), and local network/server access within the affected buildings.
4. Important Notes:
(1). Please do not modify or alter any network cables or terminal network devices during the maintenance period.
(2). After the maintenance period, if your connection does not automatically recover, please try restarting your PC or device. If issues persist, please contact the ITC Helpdesk.
