因 Google「共用雲端硬碟」是用來與其他人分享、共有檔案的專屬空間，不會計入個人使用空間，但卻會被列入全校共用的 100TB 空間計算。目前全校共用雲端硬碟空間總用量達 5.2PB，是 Google 將提供給全校用戶共同使用空間的 52 倍之多，學校如未能及時於 7/1 前將共用空間縮減至 100TB 以內，屆時全校用戶將無法正常使用 Google Workspace 服務。因此，本中心依據 2/8 公告之「Google Workspace (G Suite) 教育版儲存空間政策異動之因應計畫」的作業時程，已於 5/1 開始將共用雲端硬碟之內容移至「垃圾桶」中。
若您在共用雲端硬碟中有和他人分享檔案，請在 5/31 日前至「垃圾桶」將資料還原後再下載及備份，6/1 後系統將永久刪除所有內容 (資料一經刪除將無法復原)。
另提醒您，依據規劃的時程，本中心將於 6/1 刪除所有校友及空間用量超過 10GB 的教職員生帳戶及所屬資料 (資料一經刪除將無法復原)。請依照公告中之「空間使用查詢、檔案資料刪除及搬遷之參考作法」，於 5/31 前完成資料下載、備份或轉移作業。

The data of the G Suite shared drives has been moved to the trash and will be permanently deleted on June 1. Please complete the download and backup before May 31.
Google’s “Shared Drive” is an exclusive space used to share files with others. It will not be counted as personal use space, but will be counted to the 100TB space shared by the whole school. At present, the total space usage of shared drives of whole school has reached 5.2PB, which is 52 times of the space that Google will provide to the whole school. Therefore, according to the work schedule of the “Response plan for Google Workspace storage policy changes” announced on February 8, ITC has moved the data of all shared drives to “Trash” on May 1.
If you have shared files on shared drives, you can still download and backup the data restored from “Trash” until May 31. After Jane 1, the system will permanently delete the data of all shared drives (data cannot be restored once deleted).
We also remind you that according to the planned schedule, all valid university accounts with storage space usage exceeding 10GB and all alumni accounts will be deleted on June 1 (their associated data cannot be restored once deleted), please complete data download and backup before May 31.
