有關近期 SAS 軟體續約招標，因廠商投標價格未達到底價要求，且超出本校既定的預算範圍，未能順利完成。
鑒於預算效益考量及實際使用情形，暫無重新招標之急迫性，擬暫停辦理續約。
當前本校SAS軟體校園授權至114年12月31日止，敬請各單位師長及同學，預先評估調整相關工具與教材。
後續若廠商報價條件有變動，或本校另評估可行方案，本中心將再行公告。

Regarding the recent tender for the renewal of the SAS software license, the bidding process was unsuccessful because the vendor’s quoted price did not meet the minimum requirement and exceeded the university’s budget allocation.
In consideration of cost-effectiveness and actual usage, there is currently no urgent need to retender, and the renewal process will be temporarily suspended.
The university’s existing SAS campus license remains valid until December 31, 2025.
Faculty members and students are advised to plan ahead and adjust their tools and teaching materials accordingly.
If vendor quotations or conditions change in the future, or if the university identifies an alternative feasible solution, the Information Center will issue an updated announcement.
