升級前，會先建置新版資料庫環境，包含新硬體、作業系統與資料庫系統，並進行應用系統的連接測試，確保功能與效能皆正常。透過完整規劃與測試，可大幅提升整體系統的安全性與穩定性，共同打造更穩定的資訊環境。
