近日學一舍寢室無線網路服務品質不佳問題說明
宿管中心為了解決既有兩間寢室共用一顆無線網路基地台導致連線品質不佳問題，於九月初發包進場執行學一舍宿舍寢室無線網路基地台擴充工程。
目前仍為建置過渡期，因得標廠商無線網路基地台安裝進程較快，但廠商工程師設定之步調跟不上，導致學生連線品質尚無法感受到實質改善，為加快廠商建置速度，本中心亦派員協助各項參數調整，目前已完成調整，若同學使用上仍有問題歡迎透過宿舍修繕系統、撥打 02-77493737 或寄信至 helpdesk@ntnu.edu.tw 反映，謝謝。期間造成不便之處，尚祈諒察。

Explanation of the recent problem of poor wireless network service in the Dormitory 1
In order to solve the problem of poor connection quality caused by the one wireless network base station shared by two rooms, the dormitory management center provided a contract to carry out the wireless network base station expansion project in the dormitory in early September.
It is still in the period of construction at present. Although the wireless network base stations have been installed, the parameter setting is still underway. As a result, the connection quality still not being able to feel substantial improvement. In order to speed up the whole process and complete the project as expected, the ITC (Information Technology Center) also dispatched personnel to assist the parameter adjustments, and the adjustments have been completed.
