Information Technology Center ANNOUNCEMENT
*維修作業已於 19:00 完成
*LDAP因硬體故障，目前仍搶修中，校務行政系統延後開放
本中心圖書館校區（和平校區Ⅱ）電腦機房之不斷電系統將於5/1日進行維修作業，時間安排於：
05月01日(週日)上午08:00~下午17:00
Please be informed that the UPS of computer room located at Library Campus (Heping Campus II) will make maintains date on May 1, hence the services of “School Administration System” will be temporary suspended at that period as a result.
Here are the details:
Date : May 1 (Sun)
Time : From 08:00AM to 17:00PM
作業期間將關閉機房不斷電系統，而為了避免因市電跳電、停電等狀況而導致系統、資料及設備損壞，下列校務行政系統及網路服務系統亦將提前關閉，維修期間暫停服務：
- 所有透過校務行政入口網登入使用的系統，如教務、學務、人事、總務、公文…等l NTNU APP
- 虛擬桌面（VDI）服務（請使用者依需要提前備份個人資料）
- 其他以校務行政帳號登入之系統 ，如VPN服務等
- 與校務資料庫介接之系統將暫時無法取得校務資料
The Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) will be shut down during the work of maintenance, to avoid system, data and equipment damage due to main power trip and or power outage, the following services of “School Administration System” and network system will be shut down in advance during the operating period:
- For those services that through the “School Administration System” such as academic affairs, student affairs, personnel, general affairs, official documents…etc.
- NTNU APP
- Virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) service (please backup your personal data in advance if need)
- Other service that login via School Administration Account such as VPN service …etc.
- For those system that interface to the School Administration Database will be failed to access the related data.
除上述服務外，在市電運作正常之下，三校區網路服務 (含網路電話、有線網路以及無線網路等)、電子郵件服務及各單位官網仍可提供服務並維持正常運作。
Apart from the services said above, the network services of three campuses (including network phone, wired network and wireless network …etc.), email service and official website of each unit will be maintained in normal operation on condition that the main power from TPC (Taiwan Power Company) is under the normal operation.
若能提前完成維修作業，將儘早恢復各項服務，並公告於本中心網站(www.itc.ntnu.edu.tw)。
If the maintenance work can be completed ahead of schedule, all services will be resumed as early as possible, and an announcement will be made on the website of the center (www.itc.ntnu.edu.tw).
