提供以下建議
(1)清空暫存資料夾
Hold the Windows key and press R, type temp and click OK. Delete all the files.
Hold the Windows key and press R, type %temp% and click OK. Delete all the files.
(2)暫時關閉防火牆及防毒軟體
(3)檢查系統時區是否正確
(4)檢查並徹底移除電腦中其他版本office(移除程式>)
(5)將windows 系統狀態更新至最新
(6)確認空間足夠後再重新安裝一次
(7)重設或重新安裝Windows
(8)以系統管理者權限執行啟用BAT檔
