為提升服務效率與用戶體驗,本校資訊中心官網於113年6月正式建置並啟用AI客服平台。此平台導入人工智慧技術,能即時回應使用者問題,並提供準確且快速的解答,協助解決校內資訊相關疑問。 此次AI客服系統的上線,除了強化即時支援功能,亦特別針對機器人語意理解能力進行優化,提升整體互動體驗。使用者可透過網頁介面或其他指定平台,即時與AI客服互動,取得常見問題解答與技術支援。 資訊中心表示,未來將持續根據用戶反饋,進一步調整與擴充服務內容,致力於打造更智慧化、便捷的服務環境,提升校園整體數位服務品質。
Official Website Launches AI Customer Service Platform to Provide Instant and Accurate Support
To enhance service efficiency and user experience, the Information Technology Center officially launched its AI Customer Service Platform on the official website in June 2024. Powered by artificial intelligence, the platform provides instant responses and accurate solutions to users’ inquiries, assisting with campus-related IT issues.
In addition to strengthening real-time support functions, the system has been optimized for improved semantic understanding, significantly enhancing the overall interaction experience. Users can access the AI service via the website or designated platforms to receive answers to frequently asked questions and obtain technical support.
The Information Technology Center stated that it will continue to refine and expand the platform’s features based on user feedback, aiming to create a smarter and more convenient service environment and to elevate the overall quality of digital services across campus.
