由於 Google G Suite 服務受到 Google 相關政策與資源限制，目前僅開放在校學生使用。因此，學校自 2025 年 4 月 11 日起陸續發送通知信件，提醒畢業校友 G Suite 帳號即將停用。並於 2025 年 4 月 14 日再次寄送通知信件，進一步說明停用的原因與時程。依據規劃，畢業校友的 G Suite 帳號將於 2025 年 7 月 11 日起正式停用，並預計於 2026 年 7 月 11 日進行帳號刪除作業，期間若有轉信或帳號保留之需求，歡迎來信至 gapps@ntnu.edu.tw 說明，將盡力協助保留該帳號作為轉信使用。
Due to policy and resource limitations set by Google, the G Suite service is currently only available to enrolled students. As a result, the university began sending out notification emails on April 11, 2025, to inform alumni that their G Suite accounts would soon be deactivated. A follow-up email was sent on April 14, 2025, providing further details about the deactivation schedule and reasons.
According to the university’s plan, G Suite accounts of graduated alumni will be officially deactivated starting July 11, 2025, and permanently deleted on July 11, 2026. If you need to retain your account temporarily—for example, to set up email forwarding or due to linkage with third-party services—you are welcome to contact us at gapps@ntnu.edu.tw. We will do our best to assist in retaining the account for forwarding purposes.
