學校 Windows 作業系統是升級版本，並非完整版授權，空機並無使用權利。請教職員生採購電腦時務必包含出廠時所附隨機版作業系統，以便升級，並得於在學/在職期間擁有完整的認證服務。
The school 's Windows operating system is an upgraded version, not a full version license, and there is no right to use the empty machine. Teachers, staff and students are requested to include the factory-attached version of the operating system when purchasing computers, so that they can be upgraded and have complete certification services during their study / employment period.
Windows 10 燒錄到光碟容量約 4.67 GB, 需使用更高容量的 DVD 燒錄, 例如: Double Layer 8.5 GB 之 DVD 光碟。
Windows Vista 之後的作業系統無授權金鑰，請參考以下步驟進行啟用 :

1. 師大校園網路環境請由步驟 2 開始；校外需先連結 VPN，取得校內IP。
2. 下載作業系統啟用批次檔 ( Activation batch file )。
3. 按滑鼠右鍵「以系統管理員身分執行」該批次檔（可詳 範例）。
4. 每次啟用有效期為180天，到期後需重新啟用。
5. 檢視是否出現啟用成功訊息，若不成功請截圖寄至資中諮詢信箱 helpdesk@ntnu.edu.tw

Please refer to the following steps to activate :

1. Please start from step 2 for the campus network environment of Normal University ; outside the campus, you need to connect to theVPNfirst to obtain the campus IP .
2. Download the ( Activation batch file )。 for the operating system.
3. Click the right mouse button to "run as system administrator" the batch file.（ example）
4. Each activation is valid for 180 days and needs to be reactivated after expiration.
5. Check whether the activation success message appears, if not, please send the screenshot to helpdesk@ntnu.edu.tw
