OfficeScan 11 於2019年10月31日終止支援。
1. OfficeScan移除密碼。
2. 使用者備份資料於隨身碟或是外接硬碟，備份完成務必將備份磁碟裝置由電腦上取下，以免中毒時連帶被病毒加密。
3. 在校外安裝軟體, 請連上學校 VPN 網站.
4. 校外網路環境建議使用傳統掃描版本.

使用 Windows Defender 注意事項:
1. 使用者電腦若安裝OfficeScan，Windows作業系統偵測到則自動停用內建的Windows Defender。
2. 擇用Windows Defender而不安裝別的防毒軟體，請參考「受控資料夾存取權」設定，以增強對勒索軟體的防禦 (詳見 關於 Windows 10 的勒索軟體防護) 。

3. To install software outside the school, please connect to the school VPN .
4. It is recommended to use the traditional scan version for the off-campus network environment.
