Due to policy and resource limitations set by Google, the G Suite service is currently only available to enrolled students. As a result, the university began sending out notification emails on April 11, 2025, to inform alumni that their G Suite accounts would soon be deactivated. A follow-up email was sent on April 14, 2025, providing further details about the deactivation schedule and reasons.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n According to the university\u2019s plan, G Suite accounts of graduated alumni will be officially deactivated starting July 11, 2025, and permanently deleted on July 11, 2026. If you need to retain your account temporarily\u2014for example, to set up email forwarding or due to linkage with third-party services\u2014you are welcome to contact us at gapps@ntnu.edu.tw.
