Notice: Upon receiving emails from faculty and staff, please verify them first and be cautious to avoid falling victim to scams<\/p>\n

Since February 12, 2025, there have been cases where malicious individuals impersonate our faculty and staff to send emails to other faculty members (as shown in the image below) with the intent to deceive. A clear sign of this is that the sender’s email address is not the one typically used by the staff member, but rather a third-party email address, such as Gmail, created by hackers. If you receive such emails, please verify them through other channels (such as the official email issued by our institution) before responding, and avoid acting hastily to prevent being scammed.<\/p>\n

If you receive suspicious emails or messages, please contact our center at helpdesk@ntnu.edu.tw or extension 3737, or report them directly through the government\u2019s 165 Anti-Fraud website (https:\/\/165.npa.gov.tw) for verification and further assistance.<\/p>\n
