{"id":10296,"date":"2022-05-05T10:15:47","date_gmt":"2022-05-05T02:15:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.itc.ntnu.edu.tw\/?p=10296"},"modified":"2022-08-22T13:33:28","modified_gmt":"2022-08-22T05:33:28","slug":"2022-05-05","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.itc.ntnu.edu.tw\/index.php\/2022\/05\/05\/2022-05-05\/","title":{"rendered":"2022-05-05\u3010\u91cd\u8981\u516c\u544a\u3011G Suite \u5171\u7528\u96f2\u7aef\u786c\u789f\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u5df2\u88ab\u642c\u5230\u5783\u573e\u6876\uff0c\u5c07\u65bc 6\/1 \u6c38\u4e45\u522a\u9664\uff0c\u8acb\u65bc 5\/31 \u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u4e0b\u8f09\u5099\u4efd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u56e0 Google\u300c\u5171\u7528\u96f2\u7aef\u786c\u789f\u300d\u662f\u7528\u4f86\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u5206\u4eab\u3001\u5171\u6709\u6a94\u6848\u7684\u5c08\u5c6c\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u8a08\u5165\u500b\u4eba\u4f7f\u7528\u7a7a\u9593\uff0c\u4f46\u537b\u6703\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u5168\u6821\u5171\u7528\u7684\u00a0100TB\u00a0\u7a7a\u9593\u8a08\u7b97\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5168\u6821\u5171\u7528\u96f2\u7aef\u786c\u789f\u7a7a\u9593\u7e3d\u7528\u91cf\u9054\u00a05.2PB\uff0c\u662f\u00a0Google\u00a0\u5c07\u63d0\u4f9b\u7d66\u5168\u6821\u7528\u6236\u5171\u540c\u4f7f\u7528\u7a7a\u9593\u7684\u00a052\u00a0\u500d\u4e4b\u591a\uff0c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u5b78\u6821\u5982\u672a\u80fd\u53ca\u6642\u65bc 7\/1 \u524d\u5c07\u5171\u7528\u7a7a\u9593\u7e2e\u6e1b\u81f3 100TB \u4ee5\u5167\uff0c\u5c46\u6642\u5168\u6821\u7528\u6236\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u6b63\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528 Google Workspace \u670d\u52d9<\/span>\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4f9d\u64da\u00a02\/8\u00a0\u516c\u544a\u4e4b\u300c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itc.ntnu.edu.tw\/index.php\/2022\/02\/08\/2021-06-25-gwsdespace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google Workspace (G Suite)\u00a0\u6559\u80b2\u7248\u5132\u5b58\u7a7a\u9593\u653f\u7b56\u7570\u52d5\u4e4b\u56e0\u61c9\u8a08\u756b<\/a>\u300d\u7684\u4f5c\u696d\u6642\u7a0b\uff0c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u5df2\u65bc\u00a05\/1\u00a0\u958b\u59cb\u5c07\u5171\u7528\u96f2\u7aef\u786c\u789f\u4e4b\u5167\u5bb9\u79fb\u81f3\u300c\u5783\u573e\u6876\u300d\u4e2d<\/span>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u60a8\u5728\u5171\u7528\u96f2\u7aef\u786c\u789f\u4e2d\u6709\u548c\u4ed6\u4eba\u5206\u4eab\u6a94\u6848\uff0c<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u8acb\u5728 5\/31 \u65e5\u524d\u81f3\u300c\u5783\u573e\u6876\u300d\u5c07\u8cc7\u6599\u9084\u539f\u5f8c\u518d\u4e0b\u8f09\u53ca\u5099\u4efd\uff0c6\/1\u00a0\u5f8c\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c07\u6c38\u4e45\u522a\u9664\u6240\u6709\u5167\u5bb9\u00a0(\u8cc7\u6599\u4e00\u7d93\u522a\u9664\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u5fa9\u539f)<\/span>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u63d0\u9192\u60a8\uff0c\u4f9d\u64da\u898f\u5283\u7684\u6642\u7a0b\uff0c\u672c\u4e2d\u5fc3<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u5c07\u65bc\u00a06\/1\u00a0\u522a\u9664\u6240\u6709\u6821\u53cb\u53ca\u7a7a\u9593\u7528\u91cf\u8d85\u904e\u00a010GB\u00a0\u7684\u6559\u8077\u54e1\u751f\u5e33\u6236\u53ca\u6240\u5c6c\u8cc7\u6599\u00a0(\u8cc7\u6599\u4e00\u7d93\u522a\u9664\u5c07\u7121\u6cd5\u5fa9\u539f)<\/span>\u3002\u8acb\u4f9d\u7167\u516c\u544a\u4e2d\u4e4b\u300c\u7a7a\u9593\u4f7f\u7528\u67e5\u8a62\u3001\u6a94\u6848\u8cc7\u6599\u522a\u9664\u53ca\u642c\u9077\u4e4b\u53c3\u8003\u4f5c\u6cd5\u300d\uff0c\u65bc 5\/31 \u524d\u5b8c\u6210\u8cc7\u6599\u4e0b\u8f09\u3001\u5099\u4efd\u6216\u8f49\u79fb\u4f5c\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u6709\u76f8\u95dc\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u6b61\u8fce\u00a0E-mail\u00a0\u81f3\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:helpdesk@ntnu.edu.tw\" rel=\"noreferrer\">helpdesk@ntnu.edu.tw<\/a>\u00a0\u6216\u64a5\u6253\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e2d\u5fc3\u670d\u52d9\u96fb\u8a71\uff1a02-7749-3737\uff08\u6821\u5167\u5206\u6a5f\u00a03737)\u00a0\u6d3d\u8a62\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u611f\u8b1d\u60a8\u7684\u914d\u5408\u53ca\u8ad2\u5bdf\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>The data of the G Suite shared drives has been moved to the trash and will be permanently deleted on June 1. Please complete the download and backup before May 31.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Google&#8217;s &#8220;Shared Drive&#8221; is an exclusive space used to share files with others. It will not be counted as personal use space, but will be counted to the 100TB space shared by the whole school.
