To achieve our paper-free goal, we have set up the website and mobile version of the Meeting Information/Data System, accessible as manager or user, for NTNU faculties and students.
To access the management side of the application, click on the “Public Meeting Information System” from the Administrative System Portal（http://iportal.ntnu.edu.tw/ntnu/）. The conference convener can e-mail the summoned personnel the time, location, and information of the conference, via the application. Moreover, the conference records are available for NTNU faculties and students. The records be browsed on the portal.
The user portal focuses on mobilization. The summoned personnel can browse or download conference data through cell phones, pads or PCs. Users can also access the “Meeting Information System” （http://ap.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/MNApp/） with their administrative system accounts, to use the data in advance or during the meeting.
